Welcome to CocoBananaDesigns. These Terms of Service apply to your use of cocobananadesigns.com and purchases from our store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

Orders and product information

Please provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and personalization information. Review the product description, selected options, quantity, and final price before placing your order. Product prices, selected customization charges, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment.

We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability accurate. If an error or availability issue affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and discuss the available options. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled item.

Personalization and design proofs

Custom items are made using the names, dates, spelling, photos, artwork, and other details you provide. Please check this information carefully. Clear, high-resolution photos generally produce better results; the quality and composition of the submitted image can affect the finished design.

A design proof is provided when included in the product description or separately agreed with us. For orders requiring proof approval, please review all details carefully before approving production. Missing information or a pending approval may delay production. Contact us promptly if you need to request a change; changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Minor differences in color, image appearance, or material finish may occur between a screen preview and the finished product. This does not affect your rights if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly made.

Customer photos and artwork

By submitting photos, logos, text, or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have the necessary permission to use it for your order. Please do not submit unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights.

You retain ownership of your submitted content. You give us permission to use, reproduce, and adapt it only as needed to prepare proofs, produce your personalized item, and provide order-related support. This permission does not authorize us to use your content in advertising or promotional materials without your separate permission.

Production and shipping

Production and delivery estimates are shown in the product information or at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Production may depend on receiving complete personalization details and any required proof approval.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number. We will review tracking and work with the carrier to confirm its status. If it is confirmed lost in transit, we will remake and resend your order at no additional cost, as described in our refund policy.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for full details. Cancellation may be requested before production begins and is subject to confirmation that production has not started. Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly made items, contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if available. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Items made correctly according to information you submitted or a proof you approved are not eligible for a free replacement solely because those details were entered or approved incorrectly.

Website use and intellectual property

Please use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit malicious code. Our original website content, product photography, and designs may not be copied or used commercially without permission. This does not claim ownership of customer-submitted content or third-party materials.
